Company Nurse
- Conduct screening to new employees to ensure they can perform the duties required by the positions, including physical, vision and hearing test.
- Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees due to workplace hazard, including attending the injuries, administering medication, rehabilitation therapy and BP Monitoring.
- Assist/accompany all injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital if needed.
- Monitors status and conditions of injured and confined employee.
- Process benefits claims related to SSS & EC, etc.
- Maintain and update all employee’s medical records.
- Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a “fit to work” certificate upon returning to work.
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates.
- Schedule and assist annual medical examinations of all employees.
- Conduct inventory and request to purchase of medicines and other supplies every month.
- Conduct Health Orientation/Seminar to all employees.
- Assist HR related day-to-day jobs
