JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Tie up and maintain good relationships with the car and truck dealerships within the area.
• Orient the client about our loan process and requirements.
• Document collection from the client.
• Pre-screening of the loan application.
• Generate sales for collateral loans.
• Recruitment of Loan Consultants.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any related business course
• With experience in sales, fieldwork, and recruiting salespeople
• Computer literate
• With good communication skills both written and oral
• Flexible in adapting to a fast fast-changing environment.
• Goal oriented
• Customer Service Oriented

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Sales/Field: 1 year (Preferred)
• Car Dealership: 1 year (Required)
