Business Development Officer -URGENT MINDANAO BASE
- Find a potential location for stores Expansion.
- Research of malls for possible store expansion
- Ocular visits and meetings with developers
- Coordinates and negotiates with malls on Lease Terms and conditions
- Feasibility study of new main store project
- Research and preparation of Project Presentation for Japan approval of the project.
- Monitoring rental and utilities due dates and making RFP's, send out payments.
- Monitoring and coordination with the Mall for the reconciliations of rental and utility billings of the store.
- Monitoring of contracts of existing stores in terms of Rent and Renewals to Developers.
- Negotiations on rental reductions through writing and meetings
- Processing and monitoring of refunds for Construction Bond & Security Deposit.
- Coordinates and supports AFP Accounting for clarifications of billing charges for payment.
- Assist to Construction Division on Technical concerns in terms of arrangements with the mall for renovation, and new stores and other technical concerns such as water leak, aircon and electrical problem.
- Must be a college graduate (Business Administration or any related course)
- Good work ethics and time management
- Good in communication, interpersonal skills, and reliable
