Business Development Officer - Network Development Officer (Cebu)

If so, join us as a Network Development Officer and play a pivotal role in expanding our direct selling, MLM, and networking communities. You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new distributors, providing ongoing support and training, and motivating them to achieve success within our network. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and connect with potential distributors through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Qualify leads to assess their potential and suitability for our network.
Schedule and conduct informative presentations to explain our products, business opportunity, and compensation plan.
Onboarding and Training:
Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new distributors, educating them on company policies, product knowledge, sales techniques, and network building strategies.
Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to enhance distributors' skills and knowledge, ensuring their continued growth and success.
Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to address individual needs and challenges.
Network Building and Development:
Assist distributors in building their own networks by providing guidance on prospecting, onboarding, and team management.
Organize and host network events to foster engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among distributors.
Motivate and inspire distributors to achieve their goals and recognize their successes through rewards and incentives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics, including sales volume, recruitments, and activity levels.
Provide regular feedback and identify areas for improvement to optimize performance and motivation.
Prepare reports on network development progress and distributor activity for management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in direct selling, MLM, or network marketing industry, preferably with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and motivate individuals to achieve their goals.
Proficient in online communication tools and social media platforms for prospect engagement.
Data analysis and reporting skills to track performance and measure the effectiveness of your efforts.
Passion for the direct selling industry and a belief in the power of network marketing to empower individuals.
Time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
