Creating a SWOT analysis report for the brand's direct competitors.
Identifying all unique selling points of the brand's competitors. Ensuring that the brand is able to keep up with the trend by submitting necessary recommendations.
Creating a monthly calendar for the brand that will serve as a guide on the daily postings of each Social Media channel used. And, ensuring that the social media calendar is followed and updated every time the post has been uploaded. Be able to answer all inquiries/comments on the page. Creating a boosting plan/playbook that will be used as guidelines on how to maximize the given boosting budget. Ensuring that all published ads are effective, efficient, and measurable.
Ensuring all branches are able to pay the marketing fee on time. This includes all collateral availed and other services availed. Ensuring that all projects/activities (including the new store openings) are assisted and positively support the Operations Team in achieving the monthly sales quota. Submitting reports with in-depth analysis of the projects/activities' effectiveness.
Creating and submitting weekly/monthly marketing reports in order to closely monitor what is happening to the brand. Ensuring that all projects/activities have a positive impact in supporting the Operations Team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Relevant experience in brand management, preferably within the F&B sector, is crucial.
Strong communication and creative skills, along with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis, are essential.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns are also key qualifications for this role.
Adaptability and a strategic mindset are valuable attributes for success in the dynamic F&B industry
