We are urgently in need of Branch Personnel for Bingo Plus
Site: SM General Santos
Qualifications:

• Atleast High School Graduate
• With or without work experience
• With customer service skills
• Physically, Mentally and medically fit to work
• Willing to start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilites
o Responsible for attending to player’s needs
o Orients new players, fulfills requests for additional products, handling inquiries, reports player’s complaints
o Acts as main operator of sub-bingo stations (as assigned) such as Teller on Stations (EB; Rapid; Gaming Arts)
o Ensuring an efficient delivery of bingo services
o Assists players’ on encashment of EB ticket vouchers while verifying validity of winning tickets vouchers before encashment
o Promotes and/or sells all bingo products (e.g., Instant Games), upcoming events or promotional activities
o Inspects, counts, reconciles with return and remittance documents sales and any unsold products.
o Reports machine problems, other incidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions immediately to Branch Manager
o Occasionally acts as liaison of the branch to Central Office
o Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness and orderliness in assigned floor/playing station
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php10,500.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
