About the role We are seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Relations Assistant to join the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies team in our SM Bacolod Branch. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation and growth of our branch network. What you'll be doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for branch-related inquiries, handling a wide range of administrative tasks to support branch operations
Assist with coordinating branch audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place
Collaborate with branch managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementation of best practices
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support the branch network
Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with branch staff
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
