About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Relations Assistant to join the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies team in our SM Bacolod Branch. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation and growth of our branch network.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Relations Assistant to join the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies team in our SM Bacolod Branch. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation and growth of our branch network.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for branch-related inquiries, handling a wide range of administrative tasks to support branch operations
- Assist with coordinating branch audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementation of best practices
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support the branch network
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as required
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with branch staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
- Willing to work onsite in SM Bacolod
