The Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) is responsible in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He / She is expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration based on assigned quota within the assigned territory and / or market segment by effectively selling company's products and related services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 2 years experience in Cashiering.
- Graduate of any 4-year business course or related course.
- Background in Financial or Loan Institution is a great advantage.
- A Team player and proficient in advance MS Office /Excel.
- WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK (if it's necessary)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office App
