JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees the productivity of the branch and manages its day-to-day operations such as increasing sales and profitability, the efficiency of branch employees, employing excellent customer service, securing branch inventories/stocks, and ensuring its accuracy and developing competencies of branch employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages daily store operations; implements and branch standard operational procedure.
• Manages branch profitability, sales and costs
• Securing branch inventories and stocks
• Provides excellent customer service to all the patients/customer entering the branch
• Reports Management
• Mentoring and coaching of the team members
• Managing store's manpower schedules
• Providing timely updates, feedback and reports to Area Manager or Regional Operations Director
• Overseeing execution of standard operating procedure of the branch
• Ensuring that overall customer/patient experience in the store is in line with company standards.
• Overseeing the proper execution of customer/patient satisfaction and customer service recovery programs; recommending measures to further gauge customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing personal growth and career development of store team members by reviewing performance of team members.
• Implements marketing requirements in stores to ensure the consistent demonstration of the company’s brand.
• Attends meetings as necessary
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
• with more than 5 years Managerial experience in retail or food industry.
• Can start ASAP
• Willing to be assigned in SM Butuan

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
