We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Café Library. The ideal candidate will focus primarily on operations, customer experience, team management, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the café library, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain smooth operations.
Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling in coordination with the back office.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for customers.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the café library, attract customers, and enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with the back office for payroll, employee relations, and other administrative tasks.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring profitability, cost control, and reporting to the management team.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns to continuously improve the customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in managing a café, library, or similar retail/hospitality environment is a pluse.
