Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or its allied field;
• A minimum of three (3) years managerial or supervisory experience in Financing Operation and Credit and Collection Management;
• For General Santos City assignment;
• THIS IS AN URGENT REQUIREMENT

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Specific knowledge in financing industry, especially credit management;
• Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling of work assignments;
• Proficient in MS applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and can harmoniously work with management and employees;
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written form;
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity.
