Whether it is dealing with employees or clients, Branch managers will have to make decisions that affect the company. Having the ability to make hard and fast decisions is crucial to success. · Speaking and Writing: Branch managers do a lot of communication. This might be in front of a group of employees, or in a meeting with management. Branch managers might be called upon to write reports, recommendations, or reprimands. Great verbal communication and writing skills will help in any of these scenarios. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Achieving business goals and revenue targets. · Recruiting, training, and supporting employees as well as conducting regular performance appraisals. · Overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and setting performance objectives. · Administer all lending activities for all client loan operations. · Manage all loan cycle processes and determine an efficient work plan to achieve all business objectives. · Preparing and presenting monthly reports of operations. · Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. · Dealing with escalated client issues, incident reports, and legal actions. · Secure long-term client relationships by maintaining effective client relations. · Conducting monthly meetings with employees. · Reporting Irregularities of Area Coordinators to Head Office (HR Department) · Performs other duties as required or assigned.
