JOB QUALIFICATION:
1.Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with audit experience in public accounting or internal audit.
2. Building from Within: At least 3 years work experience as an Audit Supervisor or Officer any of First Standard districts. External Hire: At least 5 years of work experience in the regular audit (internal or external) of a financial institution as auditor-in-charge, senior auditor or audit manager.. 3. Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, including email access.
4. Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.
5. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
6. Excellent customer service orientation. Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible in ensuring that all financial data are valid, authorized and in accordance to accepted accounting practices and principles.
2. Responsible in making sure that Schedules of Accounts are prepared and submitted.
3. Responsible in the checking of Bank Reconciliation prepared by the Accounting Supervisor.
4. Responsible in managing cash or implementation of cash management services.
5. Responsible in the checking of Summary of Lists of Suppliers, Books of Accounts, Withholding Tax Schedules, Alphalists to be submitted to Finance Manager and Compliance Manager.
6. Making sure that all Invoices and Official Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts are intact and duly accounted through checking the Official Receipts control/Logbook.
7. Responsible in keeping Books of Accounts and Analysis of transactions. Submit Quarterly Books of Accounts and Financial Analysis to the Corporate Finance Manager.
8. Submit Monthly Financial Analysis Reports and recommendation to solve the financial issues.
9. Implements internal controls for Cash, Receivables and Loans.
10. Ensures that Booking and Collections are tallied with the operational reports from the Loans. Ensures that accounts booked are properly accounted and collections are rightfully posted in accordance with the hierarchy of payment to avoid kitting/lapping.
11. Implements/Conduct pre-audit procedures for Cash, Loans Receivable, ROPA inventories, handling of Items in Litigation.
12. Ensures that government contributions are remitted timely to avoid penalties.
13. Discuss with the Branch manager/ District Heads the financial results of the operation in a monthly basis. Recommend and discuss possible solutions to addresses financial risks.
14. Responsible in the Checking of Financial Reports and Payroll Preparations.
