Bicol Sales Manager (Home appliance)
SALES MANAGER
The role of this position involves expanding and maintaining communication with key retail sales channels in either NCR/Visayas/Mindanao, coordinating and managing turnover across all product groups, overseeing stock level management, and creating sales activities. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for developing strategies to enhance pricing and company margins. They also play a pivotal role in influencing the overall strategy of the subsidiary, including the marketing approach through both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
MANAGER
BASIC : PHP 58,000 - 65,000.00
TRANSPORTATION: PHP 5,000.00
COMMUNICATION: PHP 2,000.00

Pay: Php58,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Main responsibilities:
- Utilizing connections and professional resources or network to quickly expand sales channels within the area of responsibility.
- To expand Company distribution channels and increase market share.
- Consistently attains sales targets, meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgetary goals and objectives established by the Company.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Forecast and Planning
- Ensures the integrity of the pricing system while enhancing the average price index.
- Manage and monitor Promotions activity and execution.
- Deliver regular sales reports to the Sales Director and Management Team.
- Masters preferred / bachelor’s degree in technical or business required
- 3-5 years of working experience in the home appliance industry, with a deep understanding of its structure and operational dynamics, including channels related to products such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air-conditioners, etc. The ideal candidate should possess a robust network and established relationships with key channels within the industry.
- Extensive experience in collaborative teamwork across various product groups, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics.
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Demonstrates strong management and leadership acumen.
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills, Chinese (Mandarin) is a bonus
- Proficient in multitasking, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Able to adapt, embrace and embody Company’s corporate culture, displaying diligent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
