The Area Sales Supervisor will be implementing plans that will support the objectives of the organization in terms of achieving the target of his/ her area sales, gross profit and sales lost. He/ She will be responsible for all the compliance requirements in security, cash, operational activities, policies, and procedures of his/ her entire area. He/ She must develop strategies and tactical plans based on the organization's priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• Has a strong background/ experience in the related field is required
• Has excellent computer, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Must be willing to travel/ do onsite store visits
• Vast experience in retail apparel operation.

• Lucena City
• Daet, Camarines Norte
• Naga City
• Legazpi City
• Sorsogon City

Training Shops (6 Months):

• Megamall
• Mall of Asia
• Ayala Malls One Ayala
• Festival Mall

Probationary Period:

• 6-day work week

Upon Regularization:

• 5-day work week (1 rest day on weekdays, 1 rest day on weekends)
