Job Responsibilities:
· Develop a schedule to assess training needs
· Deliver training for newly hired employees
· Conduct new hire surveys and evaluation
· Collaborate with other trainers, managers, other department leads, etc.
· Track and compile collected training data
· Conceptualize training materials and create job aids based on data and research
· Communicate training needs and online resources, training strategies, initiatives, and materials
· Instruct employee training and onboarding
· Review employee performance and learning
· Coordinate with the Recruitment Team and liaise with the HR Team
· Maintain knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
· Graduate of any business-related course (Associate or Bachelors)
· Has training or teaching experience for at least a year
· Has experience in creating process documents or training tutorials
· Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
· Has BPO experience for at least 6 months
· Exposed to multiple customers relation management systems
· Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
· Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
