Role Summary: We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Governance Coordinator to manage data-related tasks and maintain the integrity of our systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across various platforms.
Daily Huddle Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for daily team meetings.
Power BI Tasks: Extract exceptions, load comments, and follow up on tickets related to Power BI.
Dynamics 365 EA Management: Pull, sweep, and daily assign Dynamics 365 External Agreements.
Request Management: Load and track open requests (SR, WWTT).
Reporting: Generate leased PC and open RMA reports.
Inventory Acceptance: Manage inventory acceptance and hardware tracking.
Ticket Management: Follow up on SCD and AR Aging tickets.
Data Extraction: Extract and process data for the HC Model.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Power BI and Dynamics 365.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Prior experience in data governance or a similar role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
