1. Works hand in hand with the ROM/ROS in terms of project implementation and control.
2. Ensures that all ongoing projects under One PMFTC Merchblitz in his/her area of coverage run smoothly, aligned with project guidelines and objectives.
3. Identifies potential problems in every project and suggests/recommends preventive measures.
4. Can perform multiple functions, including being a trainer, a QA, and even a reliever.
5. Assists in filling the manpower gaps or handling daily absences for PMFTC Merchblitz projects.
6. Monitors the submission of manpower deployment in the HO.
7. Monitors and ensures timely and complete submission of reports to HO.
8. Ensures strict adherence to the process flow of every project.
9. Ensures the use of the official template in reportorial requirements.
10. Monitors the status of liquidation submissions (AC to FC).
