• Responsible in managing Overall- Sales growth and sustainability of the of the products in respective area:
• Responsible in securing the balance of promotion per product- Primary & Secondary product promotion
• Responsible in AS & PMR’s identification of Target clients in assigned territory.
• Responsible in creating a productive Master List based on target MD’s per product
• Responsible in developing/identifying business opportunities with Top clients such as offering possible tie-ups/contracts
• Responsible to assess and check territory development in terms of reach and contribution
• Responsible in execution of appropriate itineraries for AS & PMR’s.
• Validation of submitted itineraries by AS & PMR’s
• Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses of PMR skills and focus on Developmental capabilities
• To ensure that all PMR under her supervision has fully accounted for their respective sales proceeds and remitted the same to head office and have turned-over all unsold or returned products to head office or pursuant to the latter’s instructions.
• In the event that he himself consummated the sales transaction with clients, then he shall have the duty to account for sales proceeds and remit it in full to head office and turn over all unsold products to LMI Warehouse or pursuant to the latter’s instructions
• Manage all activities that would create awareness on products and company.
• Execution of reports and updates on our key competitors’ strategies related to your product line
• Collaboration on identifying key business opportunities with BDM/NSM on each territory
• Plan and execute a particular activity that will have an effect on the product. Preferably, once a month.
• Responsible in scouting business opportunities on developing New Accounts such as Industrial, Government, Distributors, etc.
• Responsible in identifying the right strategy to further strengthen our current business with Top accounts/Top MD’s
• Always observe new trends, MD’s or accounts, that will have an impact on your territories

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
