Admin Staff

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Encode and deal with multiple paper works
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes of the meeting
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Assist the Project Manager and Engineers for documentations
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any course, with proven experience as an administrative assistant/staff for at least 6 months to 1 year
  • Working experience in a construction industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of office equipment, office management systems, and procedures
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php400.00 - Php500.00 per day
