Admin Officer

About the role
The primary purpose is to provide organisational and administrative support to the President, “front desk” representation, and provide support to the rest of the management team as requested and as time permits. The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President.
Required Skills / Experience / Attributes:
Essential
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Finance, Psychology, Human Resource Management or Engineering degree
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoke
  • Strong business acumen
Desirable
  • Any relevant further studies
  • ISO Audit Training
  • With relevant work experience
