Admin Assistant (San Francisco, Agusan del Sur)

1. Collect payments in cash or check and record online payments.
2. Issued official receipt to the customer.
3. Encode payments to the infosystem
4. Ensure to tally the cash and check to daily collection report
5. Generate Daily/Monthly Collection Report
6. Prepare Deposit Slips and all collection within the day must be deposited the next day to the bank.
7. Assist customer complaints like billing concerns and outstanding balances. Guide them and provide relevant information
8. In-charge for monitoring and request payment for utilities, rent, OLT, PO for Gasoline etc.
9. In-charge for Petty Cah Fund and Revolving Fund
10. Verify outstanding balance of the client and request for temporary disconnection
11. In-charge for admin concern i.e permits, BIR visits
12. Accounts receivable task
Qualifications:
1. College graduate
2. Has an experience on cashiering operation, finance and computer literate
3. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR OR RELOCATE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
