Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
With 2 to 4 years of related experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office or related software as well as other accounting software programs (NAV)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Flexible and with good working attitude
Job Description:
Performing administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
Processing and recording transactions
Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
Generating reports and statements for internal use
Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better payment terms
