Accounts Receivable
Job Qualifications:
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- With 2 to 4 years of related experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or related software as well as other accounting software programs (NAV)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Flexible and with good working attitude
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
- Processing and recording transactions
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
- Generating reports and statements for internal use
- Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better payment terms
