Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking and cold calling.
Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services
Prepare and negotiate sales contract, ensuring all terms and condition are met in coordination with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, banquet, housekeeping) to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Assists in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Participates in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and contract details
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner
Complete other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
With previous experience in sales industry or related field, experienced in hotel set-up is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software’s
Goal-oriented with proactive approach
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and has the ability to work independently as part of the team
Flexibility to work in hours including weekends, as needed.
