Accounts Executive
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking and cold calling.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services
- Prepare and negotiate sales contract, ensuring all terms and condition are met in coordination with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, banquet, housekeeping) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
- Assists in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Participates in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and contract details
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner
- Complete other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- With previous experience in sales industry or related field, experienced in hotel set-up is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software’s
- Goal-oriented with proactive approach
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and has the ability to work independently as part of the team
- Flexibility to work in hours including weekends, as needed.
