Accounting/Admin Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Business Related Courses
- 1 year experience as an Accounting Officer
- 1 year payroll (timekeeping) experience
- 1 year admin work experience
- Willing to travel and relocate to CDO Office
- With ERP background
- Computer Literate
- Analytical and keen to details
- Honest, and trustworthy
- Has strong work ethic
- Highly organized
ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles Petty Cash - manage daily transactions and replenishment
- Managing Receivables - safekeeping of invoices and preparation of collection list
- Delivery Post Trip Report
- Handles Salesman Settlements
- Inventory Management - work with Supply chain for Daily for Inventory Daily Cycle Count
- Reconcile Stocks, Stock Transfers
ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages payments for utilities and warehouse rentals
- Purchasing - manage and monitor office supplies requests
- Company events - coordinate Head Office for Salesman Reporting and other Company Events
- Lease Contract Renewals - process lease renewals
- Government Compliance - renew business permit and vehicle registrations assist inspections
- Timekeeping - prepare CDO Staff timekeeping and submit to Head Office

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
