Monitor and reviews staff performance through regular performance management system (PMS) to determine areas of development to improve their performance as well as basis for rewards and recognition.

Assesses risks of losses in values of company’s resources and evaluates effects in the company’s operations.
Reviews if cash can be released to JR&R employees for certain expenses instead of releasing directly to suppliers.
Approves applicable credit terms, payment method and discounts based on profiling process.
Ensures that company’s assets are safeguarded for unauthorized and unreasonable use by designing and implementing controls.
Maintains records to monitor unliquidated cash advances and revolving fund.
Works with IT, HR, and admin department to monitor tools of trade issued to employees.
Processes and pays billing if expense are properly authorized and documented.
Ensures that policies are strictly in-place, violations are tracked and corrected and corresponding supplementary controls are designed and implemented.
Maintains logs (issues sheets) to track issues and resolutions.
Manages branch operational concerns. Recommends and decides on branch level issues.
