QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Carry out the duties of Co-worker when assigned as the reliever
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry, regulations, standards, and best practices related to financial operations
Proactively participate in approved company activities as mandated by the management and other departments
Proactively identify and communicate issues, problems, or risks within the company, taking initiative and demonstrating accountability contributing to the overall success of the company.
Promptly report any unethical behavior or violations to the appropriate authorities or the Human Resources Department
Other Tasks to be assigned by the Direct Superior
