Job Summary:
Responsible for accounting functions that covers system interfacing, analysis and interpretation of data from front-end to financial accounting system.
Revenue Analyst is also responsible to ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of recording of data into financial system for analysis, decision making and integrity of report.
System Interfaced

• Analyze, interpret and validate extracted data from source system prior interfacing.
• Perform daily interfacing of Invoices, Adjustment and Receipts from front-end to financial system.
• Ensure timely, accurate and completeness of interfaced data.
• Initiate reporting to IT and ERP on system related errors, make follow-up and facilitate resolutions.
• Improves system, control, procedures and initiate corrective action plan related to recurring error issues.

Functional and Collections

• Facilitate and complete month-end closing activity including accrual, reversal, proposed adjusting entries etc.
• Monitoring of timely and accurate application of collections to invoices.
• Facilitate Request for Adjustment (RFA) in front-end system.
• Monitor and send notification updates on release without payment cargoes including unposted official receipts at destination port.
• Conduct surprise visitation and cash count to owned outlet and agents.

Account Management & Reporting

• Generates exception report and notify parties for their respective unjournalized transactions at front-end system.
• Prepares nationwide GL vs SL weekly revenue reconciliation report.
• Generates and prepares monthly reconciliation schedules of account receivables (GL vs SL balances).
• Prepares FCL and LCL revenue report including volume per CBM and variance analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliation report, analysis and disposal of recon items.
