Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers. The role includes verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records of all account’s payable transactions. In addition to routine tasks, the AP Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize the company’s payment processes and ensure compliance with local financial regulations, including tax requirements in the Philippines.
