Accounting Clerk

Shifts are Tuesday to Saturday from 6am-3pm Philippine Time

*No experience required, looking for a diligent Clerk with great English skills.*
Job Description: We are a Phoenix, AZ based firm looking for a diligent Clerk who has excellent English and a strong desire to learn American GAAP accounting. An ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and be keen on ensuring 100% accuracy in their work. Must be able to take direction and complete tasks with autonomy.
Strong preference for candidates out of Puerto Princesa. Annual bonus eligible, paid weekly on a 1-week delay.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Ability to learn and understand how to record day-to-day transactions following US GAAP principles for multiple Client files in either Quickbooks Online, Xero, or Freshbooks.
  • Research and compile data as requested whether for an internal or external client.
  • Ensure Company CRM and system stay up to date.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Help maintain an organized filing system for financial documents.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with monitoring Client A/R, packet tracking, and contract filing.
  • Ability to be aware of time and length of time tasks take per file.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree. In Progress or Complete Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php11,300.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Early shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
