• Prepares consolidated financial statements by gathering information from general ledger and all departments.
• Reviews reports, accounts and bank statements.
• Monitor all accounting deliverables, process all vouchers and ensure work according to deadline.
• Prepare adjusting entries, monthly schedule, general ledger and reconciliation of account.
• Coordinate with the payroll specialist in preparing the attendance, including absences, overtime, tardiness and under time.
• Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in accountancy or any accounting-related course
• At least two (1) year of related experience
• Have basic knowledge in accounting principles and practices
• Good in verbal and written communication

OTHER SPECIAL ABILITIES:

• Proficient in using MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated
• Can work under pressure and minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,300.00 - Php13,300.00 per month
