Accountant
Responsibilities:
Benefits:
- Handles daily account operations including AR, AP & inventory matching, prepare invoice, data entry, & filing
- Performs monthly bank reconciliation
- Monitors accounts receivable status and handle collections of receivable
- Assists to perform the month end closing, intercompany reconciliation, accounting schedule and breakdown
- Coordinates with oversea entities
- Performs ad-hoc assignments if required
- Handles ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Mature, responsible, able to work under pressure, organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in using Oracle accounting system preferred
