Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Coordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Personal Injury Coordinator at IBI Healthcare Institute. A Personal Injury Coordinator manages personal injury cases from start to finish, maintaining detailed records and coordinating medical appointments. They act as the primary contact for clients, explaining legal and medical processes and ensuring clients understand their rights. They work closely with healthcare providers to organize medical records and coordinate evaluations. In legal support, they assist attorneys with case preparation, document filing, and scheduling. They negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair settlements and track disbursements. Additionally, they maintain accurate documentation, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in critical care medicine and patient care
- Experience in Spreadsheets (required)
- Strong knowledge of medicine and medical terminology
- Ability to conduct medical research
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in personal injury cases is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Nursing or Healthcare Administration
Experience:
- Personal Injury Coordinating: 1 year (Required)
- US Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Spreadsheets: 1 year (Required)
- Spanish (Required)
