We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Independent Sales and Quality Analyst. This role will focus on enhancing our organization's quality controls and systems to ensure a superior and world-class patient experience. This is an independent contractor position, where specific scopes of work will be assigned on a need basis for various departments and locations. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance and Systems Improvements:
Conduct thorough quality assessments and system improvements across various departments and locations in Loganville, Buckhead, Tampa, Hudson, Alpharetta, and SAA.
Lead management improvements for high conversions within the Customer Service Representative (CSR) department.
Enhance general customer service to improve patient experience across all clinic departments.
Optimize clinical workflows, surgical workflows, billing workflows, and other systems for better usability by patients and staff.
Reporting:
Present concise, summarized reports highlighting areas of strength and areas needing improvement.
Provide actionable recommendations to support the company’s mission.
Mystery Shopping:
Conduct mystery shopping for all services and locations to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather data through various methods such as call listening, call monitoring, email monitoring, and call recordings.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Other Responsibilities:
Propose additional recommendations for quality and system improvements based on findings.
Scope and Compensation:
Hours allocated for each assigned task will be predetermined.
Compensation will be at the current existing rate and is non-negotiable.
Example workload:
40 hours allocation in a month
Week 1: 10 hours for CSR call reviews on closing sales
Week 2: 10 hours for clinical call reviews for customer service solutions
Week 3: 10 hours for Mystery shopping
Week 4: other service needs will be provided
Contract Terms:
This is an independent contract role.
Specific service needs will be assigned, and payment will be rendered upon the completion of services.
The workload and scope may expand based on organizational needs and mutual agreement.
The rate is fixed and subject to review after 12 months based on performance and mutual benefits.
