Customer Service Specialist - Spanish and English Bilingual

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Spread the Positivity: Keep interactions upbeat, kind, and professional—our customers should feel welcomed and valued.
  • Know Your Products: Become an expert on our offerings to assist customers with any questions they have.
  • Respond with Speed: When a customer reaches out, be ready to respond quickly and helpfully.
  • Solve Problems Like a Pro: If something’s amiss, you’ll identify the issue, provide solutions, and ensure the customer leaves happy.
  • Keep Track of Everything: Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and any feedback.
  • Share Your Ideas: Have a suggestion on how we can improve? We’d love to hear it!
  • Go the Extra Mile: Ensure every customer interaction leaves them smiling.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate and step in to help your teammates whenever needed.
  • Always Aim High: Strive to deliver exceptional service every time.
Please Note: Only candidates who pass both the resume review and assessment will be invited for an interview.
What You Bring:
  • At least 2 years of call center experience, preferably in customer service.
  • Bilingual: Must speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Friendly and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and stay organized.
  • A warm, welcoming attitude that puts customers at ease.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to excel.
