The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales and product team. You will be a key contributor to our team's success. You will primarily be in charge of policy management, contacting with suppliers and clients, supporting finance department and PI’s control and management. You will provide outstanding customer service by listening between the sales team and the customer.
Responsibilities 1. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and other parties when required. 2. Receive, classify and channel the information, documents, invoices and correspondence received from the different areas, according to the instructions received. 3. Make contact with suppliers and clients, according to the instructions given, guaranteeing that the information provided is faithful, timely and in accordance with organizational policies. 4. Support the finance area with the entry of commercial support data 5. Create analytical reports that provide information on payment compliance percentage and accounts payable. 6. Assist in the development and management of sales policies, including recommendations and input on policy improvements and driving policy completion. 7. Support and follow up on the sales area, according to instructions received 8. Handle incoming disputes from sales representatives and determine appropriate resolution to ensure representatives adhere to policies and procedures. 9. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
English communication (written/spoken)
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Microsoft Tools Management (Excel, Word, Power Point).
