Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Guatemala(1), Honduras(1), El Salvador(1), Dominican Republic(1), Costa Rica(1), Nicaragua (1), and Panama (1). You will oversee all sales and marketing activities, including developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, identifying trends and opportunities.
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, public relations, and events.
Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Knowledge of the local market and business environment is preferred.
