Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct performance management and employee development initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
