We are looking for an experienced Vici Dial Expert / Vo IP Specialist to manage and optimize our Vici Dial systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of Vici Dial and associated Vo IP systems to ensure seamless call center operations. Responsibilities:
Set up Vici Dial servers, including system configuration, SIP trunking, DID routing, and integrating with various Vo IP systems.
Continuously monitor the health and performance of the Vici Dial system, troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, and ensure maximum uptime.
Manage outbound and inbound call campaigns, including list uploads, dial plan settings, call routing, and campaign monitoring.
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Vici Dial system. Provide training and support to call center staff on using the platform.
Develop custom scripts and call flows to enhance agent efficiency and meet business requirements.
Configure and manage Vo IP settings, optimize call quality, and troubleshoot voice issues related to network and bandwidth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Vici Dial installation, configuration, and management.
Strong knowledge of Vo IP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
Experience with Linux server administration is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM Integration and custom API development for Vici Dial.
Knowledge of call center operations and best practices.
Experience with IVR system development and call routing.
Understanding of compliance and security protocols for Vo IP systems.
