Xtraordinary Minds is a dynamic and growing company, and we're looking for a skilled Business Developer to join our team. We specialize in providing exceptional services on Upwork and are looking for someone who can help us expand our client base and manage our projects efficiently. Responsibilities:
Upwork Proposals & Bidding: Send initial proposals and bids on Upwork to potential clients.
Client Communication: Respond to and communicate with clients on behalf of Nouman, ensuring a professional and timely response.
Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings and walk-through sessions, providing support and taking notes.
Meeting Recordings & Minutes: Record meetings for development purposes and prepare meeting minutes for the development team.
Invoicing: Generate invoices for completed orders and email them to clients.
Scope of Work: Prepare Scope of Work (So W) documents and email them to clients along with quotes and invoices.
Quote Preparation: Prepare and send quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Team Leadership: Lead the business development team, assigning tasks to developers and programmers and tracking progress.
Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with the tech team to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks before submitting work to clients to ensure all requirements are met.
Client Setup: Set up clients on internal software for tracking and project management.
Projection & Budgeting: Prepare projections for long-term projects and quarterly budgets.
Bidding Rosters: Set weekly bidding rosters and observe the feed for potential opportunities.
Enterprise Clients: Monitor and save Enterprise Clients, keeping a check on Enterprise Jobs.
Upwork Presence: Stay online on Upwork for at least 7 hours a day to manage proposals and client communications.
Profile Optimization: Regularly optimize the Upwork profile to enhance visibility and attract more clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, preferably on Upwork or similar platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in leading a team and collaborating with tech teams.
Knowledge of invoicing, budgeting, and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with screen recording tools and software.
Familiarity with project management and internal tracking software.
Background in technology or development is a plus.
