Job Description: We are seeking a Meta & Google Ads Expert with a minimum of 1 year of experience in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across both Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Meta & Google Ads Campaign Management:
Create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Display Networks).
Design strategies targeting specific audiences, ensuring high engagement and conversions.
Perform A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and placements to improve campaign performance across both platforms.
Adjust campaigns in real-time based on data insights to lower CPA and maximize ROI.
Data Driven Optimization:
Analyze campaign data to track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS for both Meta and Google Ads.
Make data informed decisions to optimize campaigns for better performance.
Continuously monitor and refine targeting, bids, and budget allocations.
Creative & Copy Collaboration:
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually engaging ads and compelling ad copy.
Use performance insights to guide creative direction and improve ad impact.
Staying Updated:
Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for Meta and Google Ads.
Test new ad formats and approaches to remain competitive and innovative.
Reporting & Insights:
Provide detailed performance reports on both Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Present actionable insights and campaign performance to the team and leadership.
Qualifications:
Must have Graduation Degree
1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).
Proven ability to manage budgets across multiple platforms.
Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends and adapt quickly.
