• Execute effective lead generation strategies on Linked In and Facebook to identify and attract potential clients.
• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to source high-quality leads.
• Email Correspondence:
• Craft and manage compelling email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Maintain a high response rate through personalized email communication.
• CRM Software Handling:
• Efficiently manage and update CRM systems to track and analyze lead information and pipeline status.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM.
• Excel and Google Sheets:
• Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Create and manage detailed spreadsheets to monitor lead generation activities and results.
• Communication Skills:
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with fluency in both verbal and written English.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and follow-ups.
• AI Tools Expertise:
• Leverage AI tools such as Chat GPT and Gemini AI to create tailored communication strategies and responses.
• Understand and utilize AI tools to meet different customer requirements and enhance engagement.
• Google Research and Maps:
• Conduct thorough research using Google to generate leads and gather relevant information.
• Utilize Google Maps for location-based lead generation and analysis.
• Fast Chatting and Multitasking:
• Exhibit fast typing and chatting skills to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Handle various tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
• Sales Conversion and Client Follow-Up:
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Implement structured follow-up processes to ensure consistent lead nurturing and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Linked In and Facebook lead generation.
• Proficiency in email marketing and CRM software.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
