Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including billing and payment processing.
- Provide information about the clinic’s services, promotions, and products.
- Manage and update client records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle any client concerns or complaints professionally.
- Working hours is 2pm - 8pm.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office, appointment scheduling software).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluent in both English and Urdu.
