Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Reservation Management: Utilize reservation systems and Amadeus to handle bookings and manage travel itineraries.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest market trends and travel dynamics to offer insightful recommendations.
Corporate Clientele: Cater to our esteemed corporate clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored travel solutions.
Destination Expertise: Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both domestic and international destinations.
Adaptability: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and quick problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all travel arrangements are meticulously managed to provide flawless travel experiences.
Experience: This role is designed for experienced professionals. Fresh graduates will not be considered.
Travel Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel agency landscape and procedures.
Amadeus Proficiency: Expertise in using Amadeus, especially in international ticketing.
