About the Company"Hajj & Umrah Services"Description Job Title: Sales & Travel Consultant Working Hours: 10am to 7pm Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sun off) Salary Range: 100k to 150k (Including Sales Commission) Location: Lahore, DHA Phase 5 Reporting Line: Sr Manager Sales & Operations Job Description: As the Sales & Travel Consultant for Hajj & Umrah, you will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their pilgrimage journey. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Sales & Operations, you will work collaboratively to convert sales leads, secure order bookings, plan and forecast sales, and deliver a memorable and seamless customer experience. Your commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship management will be crucial in building strong client relationships and gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Generating Sales Leads
Develop and execute effective strategies to identify and engage potential clients interested in Hajj & Umrah services.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking events.
Assist in pricing and developing new customer packages.
Order Booking:
Manage the process of converting sales leads into confirmed bookings, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of client information and requirements.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
Plan the pilgrimage journey for clients.
Work with the team to meet all logistical requirements, including hotel reservations, flights, buses, and maktabs.
Customer Service:
Serve as a dedicated account or relationship Consultant, providing personalized and attentive service throughout the client's journey.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Accompany groups of 25-50 pilgrims.
Support operations to ensure client supplies/packs reach the meet-and-greet positions.
Client Feedback:
Gather client feedback at various touchpoints during and after the pilgrimage journey.
Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes.
Sales and Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and team metrics to the Senior Manager of Sales & Operations.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Senior Manager of Sales & Operations to support the overall success of Hajj & Umrah Operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management roles, preferably within the travel or pilgrimage industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knack for traveling:
Superior customer relationship management skills.
Familiarity with Hajj & Umrah operations and Islamic travel is preferred.
