Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Operations (Female) to manage and guide a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in team leadership, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a dedication to mentoring and developing team members. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Performance Management: Continuously monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
Training & Development: Identify the training needs of the team, organize training sessions, and ensure ongoing development to meet industry standards.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure adherence to company protocols to maximize efficiency.
Client Interaction: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Reporting: Compile and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any team issues or conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
