We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail clothing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and building strong customer relationships in a retail environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the retail clothing industry, preferably with a similar brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing products, closing deals, and promoting brand loyalty.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, processing orders, and ensuring product availability.
Visual Merchandising: Contribute to a visually appealing and organized store environment by assisting with product displays, window dressing, and store layout.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
