Branch Manager - Ultra Club Emporium Mall
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail clothing branch. They will ensure that the branch meets sales targets, maintains high standards of customer service, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a similar retail clothing brand.
- Sales Management:
- Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets for the branch.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer footfall and average transaction value.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support team development.
- Operations Management:
- Ensure efficient and smooth running of daily branch operations.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and product placement.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service:
- Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the branch.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the branch budget and control expenses.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports.
- Implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.
