As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for our gloves. You will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets.
Controlling the production process from Raw Material to finished products.
Must have a 4 years’ experience in Leather Gloves Manufacturing Firm as a Production Manager
Supervise production team to manage and execute production projects.
Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities.
Assign daily workload to team members.
Develop production programs and guidelines to support company objectives.
Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis.
Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Organize job training to team members to achieve production goals.
Investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution.
Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
Job Duties
Strategically plan to increase in the company\'s productivity, by making optimum use of the available resources.
Participates in all the stages of production of the company.
Enhancing the production of goods and thereby, increase the sales and profit margins of the organization.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of all the production equipment and ensure that it is completely hazard-free.
Coordinate with the other departments and ensure that the production does not get held up or malfunction due to any reason.
Evaluate the performance of team and motivate them to perform better.
