In this role.
You will play a pivotal role in supervising of production operations in Packaging area in Liquid value stream through a team of Production officers (FLLs), OMOs (Equipment/Line Operators), packers/support staff in compliance with EHS and Quality standards/procedures with efficiency to deliver the targeted packaging plans.
Key responsibilities

Supervise/manage daily operations including material movement, line clearance, changeovers, setup and startup arrangements, for all workstations/Equipment//lines/ancillary areas of zones in Packaging.

Supervise the operations of assigned zones, to confirm that resource, (Operators, Production officers/Front Line Leaders, cleaners & other support staff), allocation in all work centers machines/lines/zones) performing their assigned roles for smooth and compliant Packaging operations.

Implementation of, KPI tracking and Tiered accountability process (through Tier meetings) from Line level till work area. Regular use of GEMBA for process conformance and coaching of
production staff.

Conduct self-inspection (Level 1 Audits), QMS/EHS GAP analysis, Quality Alerts/ Bulletin, Periodic Product review activities with team including action plans and implementation for compliance and improvements.

Conduct/lead Root cause analysis (RCA) for problems, off-track performance issues, deviation, incidents/near-misses with engagement of staff in assigned zone.

Execute and confirm timely closure of the CAPAs, change control, improvement plan actions of assigned zones.

Develop /review SOPs, records, BPR/BMR, BOM, OSW of the area. Confirm all documentation is maintained in area regarding EHS and Quality compliance.

Be the Trainer of assigned work area/value stream for timely completion of trainings and build required competencies of team to deliver the role (Operators, First Line Leaders/Production supervision staff). Arrange training through other trained trainers.

Verify /confirm Batch reconciliation, calculate Yield for whole Packaging area. Reduce / eliminate cost of waste and COPQ. Responsible to reduce Defects (Deviation, BDEs, Market complaints, Product recalls & maintain the activities as an Excellence in Deviation management (e DM)Champion Production waste (hazardous & non-hazardous) and Breakdown of the area.

Identify opportunities to improve process & documentation to strengthen DI controls over data vulnerabilities for 100% DI compliance culture at site.
